Immersion Retreats workshops can be organsied for your team during a weekend or weeklong corporate getaway. Alternatively, we can come to your place of business for an hour or half a day workshop.

Our more practical workshop is our Three Step Corporate Wellness Audit where we fully assess your team's health and wellness and provide feedback so you can move forwards. Imagine having a corporate team that was healthier, had more energy, took less days off sick and was overall - more productive at work!
